We had our second away trip to Leeds for the month (the other one had nicer changing rooms) with #coachrob. After another motivational team talk in our mouldy changing rooms we were out and raring to go (hopefully without catching bronchopulmonary aspergillosis).

First 10 mins we were mint, a couple of decent chances but not finding the back of the net. Adel scored on the counter and then our standards dropped (classic). We managed to find a goal though with a lovely strike from Pluggy (who from the sideline looked like the goalscorer) that was beautifully deflected in by Sandie. A sloppy rest of the half took us to 1-1 at HT.

At halftime we knew we needed to step up and play the lovely hockey we’ve been displaying this season. Second half we did this, lots of chances on goal and Hannah P managed to megs the keeper oioi. 2-1 Sheff. Better intensity in the second half then absolute scenes when they took their keeper off and then somehow Adel got a short for a foot 7 miles away from the D for the final whistle to go!! Don’t worry though, no one’s getting past our defensive line.

Still unbeaten going into the half term break. ??
